Customer Care

Customer's satisfaction has also been our highest priority. If a customer is not satisfied at any stage during business then they can inform us and we will give them best resolution.

How to buy services?

PalV's DM
1) Customer can fill our order form.
2) We will share the on WhatsApp. (If customer likes then we can go further).
3) We will confirm the address with customer on the WhatsApp.
4) Customer can pay via NEFT or PayTM.
5) After disbursing the payment, we will acknowledge the credit.
6) We start working on the order.

7) Once the order is ready we will sharing the results on sheet.​
 

PalV's DM provides processed data in google sheets. Once the payment is received, complete sheet ownership is transfered to the client.
 

Return & Exchange Policy

Dear Customer, once the services is ordered and payment is confirmed, we follow No Refund, No Return.

- UPI, PayTM or NEFT - for Indian Customers
- PayPAL - for International Customers (Remittance in US Dollars)
