Getting started

How do I know which plan is right for my website?

Use the site’s stage, not your ambition. If the site is new or small and the fundamentals — titles, structure, indexation — have never been done properly, that’s Foundation. If the basics exist but competitors outrank you and you want their traffic, that’s Growth. If you also want your brand appearing inside ChatGPT, Perplexity, and AI Overviews answers, that’s Ultimate. Still unsure? The free audit ends with a plan recommendation — and if the honest answer is “you don’t need a retainer yet,” it says that instead.

Do you offer custom packages?

Mostly no, and that’s deliberate: fixed scopes are how prices stay published instead of hiding behind sales calls. The three plans cover the standard shapes of SEO work, and the one-time menu covers everything à la carte — audits, links, research, training — so you can assemble your own mix without a custom quote. If your scope is genuinely bigger than Ultimate (multiple sites, large e-commerce), message us and we’ll scope it openly, in writing, the same way everything else here is priced.

Can I start with a one-time service before committing to a monthly plan?

Yes — that’s the designed path, not a workaround. Most clients start with the free audit, some add a paid check (on-page, off-page, or technical at ₹5,000 each) or a consultation at ₹500, and move to a monthly plan only once the findings justify it. Nothing you buy one-time gets wasted: the audit and checks become month one’s roadmap if you upgrade, so you’re never paying twice for the same discovery work.

Do you work with clients outside India?

Yes. The whole engagement runs remotely — WhatsApp, email, screen-share walkthroughs — so geography doesn’t change the work. Invoicing is in ₹, and reporting is the same Search Console and GA4 numbers wherever you are. The only real difference is scheduling calls across time zones, which WhatsApp-first communication mostly makes irrelevant anyway.

SEO & process

What does “on-page optimization” actually include?

Concretely: title tags and meta descriptions rewritten against your primary keywords, heading structure fixed so pages read logically to crawlers and humans, internal links added between related pages, image alt text and file names cleaned up, thin or duplicated content flagged, and basic schema markup where it fits. Every change is logged in the sprint sheet, so “we optimized your pages” is never a black box — you can see which page changed, what changed, and when.

Do you build backlinks, and are they safe?

When link building is in scope, it’s outreach-earned placements and guest posts with quality floors stated up front — minimum authority and real-traffic requirements — never PBNs, link farms, or ₹500 bulk packs. We audit backlink profiles constantly and see what toxic links do to sites, which is exactly why we won’t build them. You’ll know where every link came from: each one is listed in your report with the URL, the anchor, and the metrics it was vetted against.

Will I get reports, and what’s in them?

Monthly, pulled straight from Google Search Console and GA4 — not a designed dashboard that hides the sources. Each report covers: ranking movement on your target keywords, organic traffic against last month and last year, the sprint work actually completed versus what was planned, and next month’s targets. Ultimate clients additionally get the per-engine AI citation log — where the brand appeared in ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and AI Overviews tests that month. Reports arrive in the first days of each month, once the previous month’s data has settled in Search Console.

Do you need access to my website?

For monthly plans, yes: CMS access to implement changes and Google Search Console access to read real data. We ask for least-privilege accounts — an editor role, not admin, wherever the platform allows — and you can revoke access the day an engagement ends. For audits and most one-time research services, no access at all: we work from the outside, the way a crawler does.

AI visibility · GEO/AEO

Which AI platforms does your GEO/AEO work cover?

ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews and AI Mode, Gemini, and Copilot. They don’t behave identically — Perplexity leans hard on freshness and cited sources, ChatGPT favours clearly structured passages it can lift whole, AI Overviews draws heavily from pages that already rank — so the work is engine-aware rather than one-size-fits-all. The monthly citation log is broken out per engine for exactly that reason: winning in one doesn’t automatically mean winning in the others.

How do you measure AI visibility?

Two layers. First, structured prompt testing: every month we run a fixed set of real-user-style questions about your category through each engine and log whether your brand is cited, linked, or named — the same prompts each time, so movement is measurable rather than anecdotal. Second, AI referral traffic (part of Ultimate): a custom channel group in GA4 that separates visitors arriving from AI platforms. Neither layer is perfect alone — engines personalise, and some AI referrals hide in direct traffic — which is why we always report both together.

Does traditional SEO still matter if AI answers are the future?

More than ever, because the two feed each other. Ranking well makes your pages eligible for AI Overviews, and the crawlability, structure, and authority signals classic SEO builds are the same raw material generative engines retrieve from. The inverse also holds: a brand cited in AI answers earns searches for its name, which strengthens classic SEO. Treating them as either/or is the current market’s biggest mistake — they’re one visibility system with two output surfaces, which is why our flagship plan runs both.

Can a small brand really get cited by ChatGPT?

Yes — and small brands sometimes win here first. AI engines select passages, not domains: a specific, well-structured, statistics-backed answer from a small site can outcompete a vague page from a big one for a given question. New brands also carry no legacy of thin content dragging trust down. The honest caveat: it’s question-by-question territory. You win citations for specific queries in your niche, not blanket presence — which is exactly why the work starts by choosing which questions are worth winning.

Billing & terms

How does billing work for monthly plans?

Your first invoice is raised after month one’s work is delivered; from month two, billing is monthly in advance. Payment by UPI, bank transfer, or Razorpay, invoice sent by email. We are not currently GST-registered, so the listed price is the full amount you pay. No hidden onboarding fees, no “setup” charges — the published plan price is the whole price. Full terms.

Is there a minimum contract period?

No lock-in: cancel any time with 15 days’ written notice, and you only pay for work delivered through the notice period. The honest companion to that: SEO results need 3–6 months, so if your budget can’t sustain at least that window, the better move is a one-time audit and fixes now, and a retainer later. We’d rather tell you that up front than take three months of fees from a client who was always going to churn at month two.

Can I pause instead of cancelling?

Yes — up to 2 months’ pause per year, with 15 days’ notice. Your price, sprint history, and access setup are held, and work resumes exactly where it stopped. Pausing beats cancelling for seasonal businesses: rankings decay slowly, so a planned pause after a strong quarter costs far less than a cancel-and-restart, which repeats onboarding and loses momentum.

Do prices ever change?

Published prices can change as the market does — but active clients keep the price they signed at for as long as the plan runs continuously. Any change appears on the website first; there are no quiet increases on invoices. If a price rises after you’ve paused, the restart honours your original rate within 3 months of the pause date.

Working with us

Who will actually work on my account?

Palash — no outsourcing chains, no mystery “delivery team.” He leads every audit, every strategy, and the execution behind it, as the About page says plainly. You message the founder directly on WhatsApp and the person replying is the person doing the work. That’s a structural feature of staying small, and it’s the one thing enterprise agencies cannot copy.

How much of my time will this need?

Week one is the heaviest: 1–2 hours for onboarding — access, goals, brand context. After that, roughly 30 minutes a week to review the sprint plan and approve anything that needs your sign-off, plus the monthly report (15 minutes if you skim, longer if you like the details — many clients do). We deliberately run on asynchronous WhatsApp updates instead of standing calls: your approvals gate the work, but meetings never do.

What do you need from me to start?

Three things: access (CMS editor account and Google Search Console — the day-one checklist walks you through both), context (what you sell, to whom, and which enquiries actually make you money), and turnaround (approvals within a couple of working days keep sprints on schedule). That’s it. You don’t need to know SEO, prepare documents, or sit through a discovery workshop — extracting what matters is our job, mostly done over WhatsApp in the first week.

What happens if it’s not working?

You’ll see it in the same reports we do — that’s the point of reporting from Search Console instead of a prettified dashboard. When numbers stall, the sequence is: diagnose (algorithm shift, technical regression, or wrong targets), adjust the plan in writing, and set a checkpoint. And if the honest read is that SEO isn’t the right spend for you at this stage, we say so and recommend stopping. An agency that never tells a client to stop paying is an agency you can’t trust when it says “keep going.”

Didn’t find it?

WhatsApp is fastest — or use the contact form and a person replies within 2 working hours.
