Free SEO Audit

SEO consultant — advice you act on, from the person who’d do the work.

For teams that execute themselves and founders who want direction, not a retainer: consulting from ₹500 a session, training from ₹5,000, and honest answers including “you don’t need me for this.”

Two ways to use the same brain.

An agency engagement means we do the work — the monthly plans, the sprints, the implementation. Consulting means you do the work and we make sure it’s the right work: strategy, prioritization, review, and the questions your team can’t google their way out of.

Same methodology, same workbooks, different hands on the keyboard. If you have execution capacity, consulting is the honest cheaper buy — and if partway through it’s clear you don’t, we’ll say so before you’ve burnt a quarter proving it.

Who hires a consultant.

01

The in-house team that needs a map.

You have hands; you’re missing the “in what order and why.” Advisory keeps the roadmap honest month to month.

02

The DIY founder.

Doing your own SEO between everything else — a session per month keeps you off the expensive dead-ends.

03

The second opinion.

Your current agency’s reports look great and your revenue doesn’t. An independent audit reads the same data without the incentive to defend it.

04

The pre-decision buyer.

About to spend real money — on an agency (any agency), a migration, a rebuild — and want the decision stress-tested first.

How advisory would work.

01

Baseline review

Your site, read-only Search Console and GA4 access, and current plan reviewed once, properly.

02

The monthly rhythm

A 60-minute strategy session, your sprint plan reviewed before you run it, shipped work reviewed after.

03

On-call

WhatsApp questions answered within two working hours — the “quick question” that saves a wrong week.

04

The paper trail

Every recommendation in writing, so advice is checkable against results later. Ours included.

What clients did with the advice.

Around forty words from an in-house team or founder who executed on the guidance — what they were about to do, what the session changed, what happened next.

Consulting questions.

Consulting or one of your monthly plans — which do I actually need?+
One question decides it: who implements? If the answer is “nobody here has time or skills,” consulting will produce excellent documents that nobody executes — take a plan, where implementation is the product. If you have a capable pair of hands — an in-house marketer, a technical founder, a dev team — consulting is the better ratio: you pay for direction and review, execution costs you nothing extra, and the total spend is a fraction of done-for-you. Plenty of clients move between the two as teams change. The ₹500 session exists partly to answer this very question about your specific situation — cheaply, before either of us commits.
Can you review the work our current agency is doing?+
Yes — it’s one of the most common consulting requests, and we run it with rules that keep it honest. You get an independent read of the same data your agency reports from — Search Console, the work logs, the link profile — mapped against what the spend should be producing. What you won’t get is a hatchet job engineered to win us the account: if the work is good, the report says so, plainly, and that answer is worth as much as the alternative. If it isn’t good, you’ll have specifics — not adjectives — to take into the conversation. Scoped through the one-time menu, in writing, deliverables defined before payment.
What’s your hourly rate?+
We deliberately don’t sell by the hour — hourly billing rewards slow answers. Instead the entry unit is the ₹500 session: 30 minutes, your questions, a written action list, no clock anxiety. Ongoing guidance is a flat monthly advisory, and bounded questions with real deliverables run through the one-time menu at fixed prices. Every unit is a defined outcome at a published number — which is the whole pricing philosophy of this website applied to advice: you should know the cost of an answer before you ask the question.
Do you consult for other agencies or freelancers?+
Quietly, yes. Agencies bring us the engagements that outgrow their bench — a technical migration, a penalty diagnosis, a GEO methodology they haven’t built yet — under straightforward terms: your client relationship stays yours, our involvement is whatever you disclose, and the work is scoped and priced like everything else here. No public client lists, no poaching, ever — an agency that borrows a brain shouldn’t have to guard its back.
If we start with consulting, can it convert to done-for-you later?+
Seamlessly — and without paying for the same discovery twice. Everything consulting produces — the baseline review, the strategy docs, the sprint plans you ran — becomes the incoming brief if you move to a monthly plan; month one starts from your real position instead of a cold audit. The reverse path exists too: plan clients who build an in-house team sometimes downshift to advisory, keeping the direction while taking execution home. The engagement should fit the team you have this quarter, not the team you had when you signed. That flexibility costs us revenue occasionally and buys the thing this site is built on.

₹500 buys the answer to “what should we do first?”
