01Agreement

By using www.palvdm.com or purchasing services from PalV’s DM, you agree to these terms. If you’re purchasing on behalf of a company, you confirm you’re authorised to bind it.

02Our services

We provide digital marketing services including monthly SEO plans (Foundation, Growth, Ultimate), AI Visibility (GEO/AEO), website development, content writing, and fixed-price one-time services. What each service includes, its price, and its scope caps are stated on the relevant service page at the time of purchase — those page descriptions form part of these terms.

03Pricing and payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are as published on the website. Published prices are fixed for the scope described. We are not currently GST-registered; no GST is charged.
• One-time services: payable in full before work begins. Delivery timelines are stated per service (for example, research deliverables within 15 days of purchase and receipt of required inputs).
• Monthly plans: your first invoice is raised after the first month’s work is delivered; subsequent months are payable in advance.
• Late payments may pause work until settled.

05Your responsibilities

Timely access to what the work requires (website/CMS access, Search Console, brand inputs), accurate information about your business, and reasonable turnaround on approvals. Delays on inputs extend delivery timelines correspondingly.

06Deliverables and timelines

Monthly plans run on weekly sprint targets shared in advance. Timelines quoted assume inputs arrive on time. Where a third-party platform changes something outside our control (an algorithm update, an API change, a platform outage), we adapt the plan and tell you — but we’re not liable for the change itself.

07Cancellation and refunds

• Monthly plans: cancel anytime with 15 days’ written notice (email or WhatsApp is fine). You pay for work delivered up to the end of the notice period; no long lock-ins.
• One-time services: non-refundable once work has begun; if we haven’t started, we’ll refund in full.
• Website development: milestone-based; amounts for completed milestones are non-refundable.

08Intellectual property

On full payment, deliverables created for you (content, reports, site files) belong to you. Our internal tools, templates, workbooks, and methods remain ours. We may reference the engagement as a case study only with your written permission (see also clause 9).

09Confidentiality

We keep your non-public business information confidential and expect the same for ours (pricing negotiations excepted — our prices are public anyway).

10Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a service is limited to the fees you paid us for that service in the 3 months preceding the claim. We’re not liable for indirect losses (lost profits, lost data, third-party platform decisions).

11Termination

We may pause or end an engagement for non-payment or unlawful use of our work. You may end per clause 7. Clauses that by nature survive (IP, confidentiality, liability) survive termination.

12Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Ahmedabad have exclusive jurisdiction.

13Changes

We may update these terms; the “Last updated” date reflects the current version. Continued use of the site or services after changes means acceptance.
