Everything in Foundation — then the offense.

01

The full Foundation layer, at Growth caps

Crawl and audit, keyword research and mapping, complete on-page implementation with schema, Search Console error care and query optimization — now covering up to 25 pages and 15 keyword targets per month. Full detail on the Foundation page.

02

Competitor mapping

Up to 2 competitors identified and tracked — the ones actually ranking for your money terms, which are often not the ones you’d name. You approve the list; it’s revisited quarterly.

03

Keyword gap analysis

A documented sheet of terms your competitors rank for and you don’t — scored by intent and winnability, so the target list is evidence, not ambition.

04

Content-gap teardown + content expansion

We break down what their ranking pages cover that yours don’t — then close the gap by adding content into your pages: new sections, deeper answers, missing subtopics, better data. Every addition mapped to a specific gap it closes.

05

Movement tracking vs. named competitors

Monthly reporting adds a competitor section: where you gained, where they moved, and what next month targets because of it.

Covers up to 25 pages and 2 tracked competitors. Bigger battlefield — SEO Ultimate, or talk to us.

Month one, week by week — then the cycle.

Weeks 1–2

Crawl + competitor map

The Foundation audit runs, and in parallel: competitor identification, ranking exports, and the first keyword-gap sheet.

Week 3

The target list, approved

Gap analysis becomes a prioritized hit list — which pages, which terms, which content gets added where. You sign off before execution.

Weeks 3–4

Execution begins

On-page implementation plus the first content expansions ship, priority order, logged in the sprint sheet.

Every month after

The cycle

The next tranche of pages and expansions, a refreshed gap review, query-optimization rounds, and the monthly report with its competitor-movement section.

Gap-driven wins often show earlier than head-term wins — competitors’ weak pages are the soft targets — but the honest overall window is still 3–6 months.

A rival outranked, with receipts.

Start with Growth

Growth questions.

Which competitors do you analyze, and who picks them?+
Search competitors, not necessarily business competitors — and the difference matters. The brand you think of as your rival may barely rank; meanwhile some content site or marketplace owns the terms your customers actually search. We pull the ranking data first, propose the 2 domains genuinely occupying your money terms, and you approve the list before anything gets analyzed. The set is revisited quarterly, because winners change: beating last year’s competitor while a new one takes the SERP is how sites lose while their reports look green.
What does “content expansion” mean? Will you rewrite my pages?+
Expansion adds; it doesn’t bulldoze. When the teardown shows a competitor’s ranking page covers subtopics yours skips — a pricing explanation, a comparison, an FAQ their page answers and yours doesn’t — we write those missing sections into your page, matched to your existing voice, and you approve every addition before it publishes. Your page keeps its identity and its history; it just stops losing on completeness. This is different from authoring brand-new pages or blog posts, which sits with the Content Writing service — Growth improves the pages already fighting.
My main competitor is much bigger than me. Can this still work?+
Yes — because gap analysis is precisely how smaller sites fight bigger ones. You don’t out-muscle a large domain on its strongest head terms; you find where it’s weak: the thin pages it never updated, the long-tail queries it ignores as too small, the intents it answers badly because no one there is paying attention. Big sites are strong on average and weak in hundreds of specific places — the sheet finds those places. The honest limit: if a term is genuinely unwinnable at your authority level, the analysis says so, and we spend your months on terms that aren’t.
Does Growth include link building?+
No — and that’s a stated scope choice, not fine print. Growth’s monthly work is strategy, on-page, and content depth: the analysis will absolutely identify where authority is the gap and which pages deserve links. When that’s the finding, execution runs through the one-time link menu at published prices — earned do-follow links, insertions, guest posts — so you buy exactly the links the strategy calls for instead of a bundled monthly quota of whatever’s convenient. If you’d rather have links bundled in, tell us; the honest math of both routes is a conversation we’re happy to have in writing.
How is Growth different from just running Foundation longer?+
Foundation is your site versus itself: fix what’s broken, optimize what exists, harvest the queries Google already shows you. Growth is your site versus the market: every month’s targets come from evidence about who’s beating you and where. That changes what gets worked on — Foundation’s priority list comes from your crawl; Growth’s comes from the gap between your pages and the pages ranking above them. Sites with no meaningful competition don’t need that lens, and Foundation serves them fine. Sites losing money terms to rivals do — running Foundation longer polishes the site; Growth aims it.
